Technical assistance :

1. At the Board of Directors (BoD) level, in the implementation of specialized committees for its smooth operation and in the preparation of regulatory texts to ensure the fulfillment of the FSS's mission;
2. At the General Management level, in the design and implementation of institutional tools for the optimal functioning of the FSS;
3. At the Staff level, in the design and implementation of operational tools for greater effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of FSS activities.

The deliverables are :

At the Board of Directors level.

1. Update the Board of Directors' internal regulations;
2. Design and implement the dashboard to be followed by the Board of Directors to ensure proper management of activities;
3. Propose regulatory texts to be submitted to the relevant authorities for the proper fulfillment of the FSS's mission;Adopt the statutes and staff regulations;
4. Design performance contracts to be signed between the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and all staff.

Regarding support to the General Management:

1. Developing the 2023 activity program and budget;
2. Drafting the technical procedures manual for the payment of invoices for healthcare services and care;
3. Drafting the technical procedures manual for investments in various financial instruments;
4. Drafting the financial and accounting procedures manual;
5. Drafting the administrative and human resources procedures manual;
